China's Transactional Diplomacy Presents a Challenge to American Power
I wanted to get your response to that sort of framing this idea that you know China is this actually very transactional country when it comes to foreign policy. We constantly hear that whether we're talking about what China's doing in Africa or what China'sdoing in Latin America and it's framed in a really negative way. Is any of that true? I have a couple like voices in my head no no not like in a weird way anyway that way a good way to help you maybe if you pay too much to politics maybe it's not it's not that healthy either.
