The Dangers of Being a Cab Driver
John Orner was a cab driver in Columbia, South Carolina. He turned down a call to pick up soldiers at Fort Jackson and headed home instead. When he went off duty, so the last time the dispatcher heard from him, 1145 p.m., that was it. The alarm was sounded at 730 the next morning because his 1957 Chevy cab was found abandoned with huge amount of blood inside.
