The Fed's Plan to Stimulate Inflation
Inflation isn't just goods and services, it's also assets. And so when you have a fixed quantity of money where the money supply doesn't change, prices moving up or down are pure signal. There's no noise. There's just a signal about the supply and demand about the relative scarcity or abundance of something versus everything else. That would allow a transfer of ownership of assets from the incompetent to the competent.
