How to Clean and Protect Your Energy Pattern

This episode is a combination of Samantha's approach and my approach to how you can do magical house cleaning and keeping. I approached this notion from working with the four directions, east, south, west and north, and their corresponding elements of air, fire, water and earth. One way to do this is to begin your magical house cleaning in the eastern quadrant of your house. You'll also need candles, incense smudging supplies, whatever that is for you, and a bell or a drum, or you can just clap your hands - but we'll get to that soon.
