How to Review and Analyze a Clifton Strike Profile
This is a dialogue around how to review and analyze the clifton streng's profile in kind of different ways, or in ways that might be kind of deeper. If you're getting set up for a coaching session that you really want to ha, i obviously you start out by reading that person's whole reportit. I like to go through and just do one pass where i'm just reading the report completely throughit. Then I look at each one of the top five themes on pages three through 12 of the report. And particularly, what i like to do is notice the words and phrases that are consistent with that theme, that i would usually sort of associate with that theme.
