I think we can, I'd like to show some compassion for central planners. This is why central planning is really hard because thinking is hard, and the universe is a very complicated place. And the observations that you have may not deduce or may not infer what you think they infer. That's a great, great point on the survivorship bias. Stop me if I've used this one before.
