I'm doing now these days is our tends to four by fours or something to that effect in my heavy strength training phases. It keeps that foundation sort of cemented when I transfer the other way and my efficiency and it means that my volume stays higher. In February I definitely made sure I was sustained on the wall at least once, just like you say against Smith or St George or ever again but in March I'm totally guessing the season's here we'll see what happens.
