We do so much static squatting that just isn't, it isn't really viable with how we're designed. So the concept of squatting with your knees, not pushing your hips back at this particular thing, keeping your knees back, this whole thing. That's one way of looking at and developing our muscles in one static way. With the advent of the internat, this change s happened so much quicker. And what i found is that fitness changes so much faster than does health. Rigt so, health care, medicine, nutrition, those things. Bitness, folks.
