The US and the EU's Relationship to Technology

Because they're culturally like the Europeans or because they're just so close to the European market, they have to follow it all. The UK has become more of a rule taker as opposed to rule maker. So yes, we may see some discrepancies. But thinking about the big picture, the interests and sort of the vision of the digital society, it is very much aligned with the European Union.
