Is This a Case of Fumi Once, Shame on You, Shami Three, Four or Five Times, Sham on Twitter?

Twitter's offer was made with a proviso that the Delaware Chancery Court entered an immediate stay of Twitter's fight and adjourned the trial. It signals that he's willing to try to close this deal on its original terms, but it doesn't really put his money where his mouth is. But if part of what was motivating him to issue this letter was sort of a fear of walking into that deposition room, why would Twitter ever want to put on the breaks on their lawsuit?
