How to Improve Your Performance Over a Rehab Period
A key principle that we encourage all of our athletes and clients to think about from any longer term rehab perspective is the level of overall performance that you are currently at has let you down. We have a user phrase of every injuries and opportunity, which might be aerobic capacity max absolute strength absolute power or whatever physical quality we want to consider over this rehab period. One of the big big mistakes that we see and is particularly common across longer term injuries is returning to sport with a reduced aerobic capacity and cardiovascular fitness. It's not something that people need to hang their hat completely on but that's what they're working towards as much as possible.
