CNN's John Sutter sat down with author Chris wilson to talk about his new book. He says he went "pretty deep" into the story, which is based on a real-life incident that happened in baltimore and washington at the height of the crack epidemic. Wilson: I didn't want to relitigate the crimes. But i did go and establish and try to understand what happened.
