The fiduciary side of the street, which was tiny in the 80s is now not only large, but one of the fastest growing segments while we're not even remotely close to gender parity. Back then, it really just looked like a very reasonable response to a decade or so of undervalued stocks, right? The 1970s, stocks were in the tank. And so it looked like it was really a pretty reasonable reaction to what had been years of undervalue in the stock market. But there were some good aspects of that. Like there were training programs. They taught people what's a stock, what's a bond. Those are like tiny classes now.
