Is Intermittent Fasting for Women After Menopause OK?

I think that intermittent fasting for women after menopause may be fine because we're in a more metabolic and hormonal state that doesn't isn't so energy intensive ovulating every month is a really energy intensive process. I don't typically recommend extended fasting if you want to go a day and eat lighter because that feels right to you or your honor retreat but I really don't recommend longer fasting intermittent fasting it depends on your metabolism my needs your exercise habits and what's going on.
