The Viability of White Labs

We have our own viability calculator that we've never put out there. It's based on the last 10 years of data in all 80 different strains. So it doesn't mean the calculators aren't working. It's just, we have a lot more viable use to the package. And so that's where the starter comes in nice. If somebody's going to make a starter, she could take really old yeast and you still have millions of cells per mill.
