Elon Musk nearly fired half of his Twitter employees. He sent an email to them saying they would have to commit to working long hours and hardcore or don't push the button and you're fired. The people who could afford to say no said no, but often that's some of your best people,. Especially in Silicon Valley. And this email is more abusive than a confirmation for true believers.
