So years ago when I first learned of this review process, I began to implement it on a weekly basis and I have stuck with it every single week for more than 10 years. For most people that I've worked with, the review process usually lasts one to two hours once a week. That's really all this is. It could be faster. It could take longer. It really is just up to you as far as how deep to get into it and what is necessary for your current goals right now.
