Labor's Precautionary Reform
Labor is often accused of not having enough policies, even by labor MPs and political commentators. But I think there is a sense that people don't feel like they've got a picture of what those policies would add up to if under a labor government. So it's a cautious reform, if you like. And it's interesting that you talk about layering on those policies.
