Change Management 101 - What Are the Missteps That People Are Making?
Change is not a simplistic one two three four five module it needs a framework and that's what I propose in the book. Instead of for example a street directory where it tells you go to here go to here going to here and follow linear lines we need a sat nav something that when it hurdles come or a block comes how do I navigate around that? Those are the biggest areas, also having and exploring the factors and tailoring it to that particular setting.
