Do You Have Any Advice on How to Combat Proximity Bias?

I don't believe anybody unless a telemedic host should be on camera all day long because I think the zoom fatigue is real, but watching people's reactions and their facial expressions is so important. And as important as it is to celebrate those things that people are achieving and doing. Do you have any advice on how to combat proximity bias like if you have an employee who hasn't had the opportunity to participate on projects. How do you make sure that they're not forgotten in the process, especially when they might be behind the screen.
