Building a Digital Technology Company

I'm curious what it was like building out that company obviously you notice this gap in the market. I realized pretty early on that I had to be focused on building a real company and something that would actually make money, and that I could bootstrap into being profitable. So it was certainly an evolution over many many years, but I think it's out of that learned some very important concepts around how you treat your customers and how you build a real company.
