Reinforcement Learning Within Hugging Face

Hugging face is a new way to train agents using reinforcement learning. The goal is that within hugging face itself, you'll be able to kind of build and share reinforcement learning environments. Reinforcement learning in general, is not like a model. It's a framework in which you can tra an agents or models.
