The Future of Knowledge Management (KM)

A lot of folks think KM could move beyond the sort of people to people focus and step up front as the technology enabler. So what's your take on that? Well, if anybody's been paying attention, we just had explosion over at Facebook of what happens when the tech takes over. And so you have to have communities of trust. They are the container of trust, if you will; they're the container of relationships. But trust is absolutely critical for moving quickly.
