If i had to pick one tool for mya depression, it would be a toss up between perhaps medicine and exercise. We could talk about diet and exercise for two hours and not even cover how important it is. If people don't respond to these ssoris, then there arother options that have maybe, in some ways, a more severe list of side effects.
