Type a Personalities, Transactional, and Litigation
I definitely feel like there's certain personalities that choose litigation and transactional. With litigation, one thing that I don't think people realize is when they think lawyers in a courtroom, they're just arguing and arguing and arguing. People that are really able to think on their feet, really personable, really extroverted, and people that really thrive under pressure,. Then those personalities like thrive in litigation. Type A personalities, 100% litigation. And then the transactional work, I'd say are people that are more mellow to out.
