There's a whole category of tools emerging to understand the performance of machine learner models overtime, both in terms of how the training performance departs from the task performance. And that is definitely a part of data quality. But sometimes bias can be introduced because the data is simply not correct in some dimension,. Maybe it's not timely, maybe i is not relevant, maybe it was transformed incorrectly.
