You just need to make one tiny little change that's different than the default and that tiny little change in any of these areas will start to change the activity and chemistry of your brain. And it can be any of these things we've talked about. Oh, you can just go for a walk. Oh,You could try practicing gratitude. Oh,you could, um, get some sunlight. Just needs to be better than the default of the downward spiral that your brain wants to go in.
