Among all the demographics we look at in the JNV system, the scheduled tribe is the poorest. So I believe that it's a very good thing to do something for the scheduled tribe also. The scheduled cast have made so much progress that if I was the emperor, I would remove certain cast from that list because they have been uplifted. But that is all politics, lot of UNCRY, lot of issues, I don't have to deal with those things. I just can do a man, a planner, a canal, a panama and life is good," he said.
