The Crisis in Foster Care

Staff retention issues, huge absenteeism rates and the number of foster carers actually leaving the system. But this is because the services are not in place. Children need extra support from Cams when it's needed but there're massive waiting lists. This crisis has been going on for over 10 years. The judge is not highlighting something new. And it's not okay that we do not say, this is a problem and we're going to solve it and we'reGoing to solve it now.
