The Imposter Syndrome of Design

I think that what we all experience to degree is a form of imposter syndrome, especially as we seek this pursuit of perfection within our work. I've sensed a lot of patterns in the people that I've talked to and the people that have gotten jobs by taking my advice. And one of them is sort of just this, you know, bringing down the expectation and the anxiety around what it means to be a well contributing designer.
