The Strength of the Evidence for Fiber's Health Benefits
Fiber has a wide range of health benefits. cholesterol lowering, blood glucose control, satiety, weight loss, calcium absorption,. There's lots of opportunities to show your isolated fiber has in a human's trial has a health benefit. So and that was pretty much because of consumer demand saying you're letting all these fibers go into food supply when there's no data that they're not just fake. And so that was consumer demand, which is an amazing thing in my lifetime.
