What's Next for the Melbourne Coffee Scene?
In Melbourne, we really like that third place and we enjoy a little bit of a dining culture. Whereas LA, in the coffee world, it's all about the queue a little bit. So they were either selling their script in the queue as they were waiting for a coffee or just bumping into those people and having those interactions. It was far more structured in Melbourne. The difficulty is that I think you can really taste the difference nowadays. Like, you know, you can really start to see some of the differences in what coffee should be. And I think the public are becoming very well educated.
