The Politics of Technocracy
In the state we just need people in their homes with iPhones in order to govern right so is our future in which governance no longer requires government. In its sort of narrow sense is still a kind of form of an attempt at human governance that say you know the governance of human by human institutions it's something like a human scale. The time the politics can get around to trying to regulate the new world that the iPhone has wrought the decisive deed has already been done and that strikes me as a pretty good image of the relationship of political to technological order in general.
