Is the Fed Moving 75 Basis Points?
Interest rates are much higher than they were a little while but i think it's more of a function of the liquidity. People got caught off guard, i think, same way i did. The movement in the bond market, again, not just in canada, but around the world. I think, some uneasiness in the uro zone and in japan,. But as well here, domestically, for canadians, as we 've seen this huge movement in the Bond market.
