i just read that a meta changed its amenity offering for its employees. The idea of child care and making it a part of the work place seems to me also an option that has been overlooked. i agree we need to supply different kinds of child cair options, as well as time place options. But then how do i come together? And this is part of the reciprocity, so that i can help to create a corporate culture.
