Nostalgia for a Left
I think the nostalgia, like you say, I think it is real. It's also kind of a folk memory in the rust belt areas or rust belt equivalents of European states,. including in Eastern Europe where there are folk memories of different times. And that this is kind of what is being mobilized predominantly by, you know, by populist politicians. So I'm not sure. I just know it's true though.
