Many tenants that are looking for an easy landlord to just hand over the keys may not take the time to fill these questions out fully. So a couple extra things I do like to add to my description is that something along the lines is I'll be completing a thorough background check, credit check, proof of income, past currently on Lord references, et cetera, et ceta. Usually it will defer and, you know, people that are trying to mess up with the system and not pay or not the greatest tenants will probably not bother applying or even answering.
