The Case of a Boy Found in a Foster Home

The boy's identity is still unknown and the case remains unsolved to this day. Many theories have been floated, but most have been dismissed. Two prevailing explanations have survived due to their plausibility with one concerning a foster home almost a mile and a half away from the crime scene. Another possible theory was brought forward in February of 2002 by a woman known in police files only as Martha The cops considered Martha's story to be a compelling one given her history as severe mental illness.
