The Wagner group have already started initiating ways to alter the constitution in favor of having their man have a third term in power. The former head, head judge of the constitutional court was approached by two Russians just weeks after the Russian invasion of Ukraine began. She said they were so blatant about it that she was really shocked. This is quite a mark of giving this country where most people have frightened speaking to journalists for the consequences they might face.
