In 2007, life lock claimed to have 150,000 customers and they'd recently received $6 million in seed investments. The company charged $100 a year or they'd give you a deal $10 a month. It also offered a million dollar insurance policy to cover losses if a customer was victim of identity theft. But here's the thing the celebrities didn't offer up their social security numbers.
