The ganglion is a place to sort of like an, like it's almost like a capacitor, right? It's amplifying things a little bit. So if I do a lumbar sympathetic block, your foot will get warm and women uterine pain will go away - this is where the sympathetic fibers come together. Why does it require a synapse there? That'ssort of what I was saying. But then, again, I think the only person that knows is the man upstairs.
