The Comey Precedent on Hillary Clinton

CNN's John Defterios says he thinks FBI Director James Comey made a bad decision in not indicting Hillary Clinton. The standard changes as soon as there is a Republican candidate running for president and the indictment happens, defterios says. He also points out that special counsel Jack Smith was appointed by Merrick Garland rather than an independent counsel.
