At least 26 people were killed in newark, between july twelfth and seventeenth. Some of the people who were killed were shot by police or by the national guard while they were in their own homes or vehicles. Somewhere between 700 and a thousand people were injured during all this. And hundreds of fire s and other destruction around the city caused roughly ten million dollars and damage.
