Use bullet points when you can for so many reasons. Nobody wants to get a big, long paragraph of texts they have to decipher. It just simplifies things and just generally makes things easier to read. Even in our first language, we would prefer it to be in little chunks. If only 20 % of the people understand you, that's on you. In my job, i'm in multe national companies. Observe a lot of real life meetings. I do a lot of observation of people. And that happens very, very often. Ok em, what do you want? Do you want communication? Or do you want perfect english that no one understands absolutely?
