Northeast Inventory in a Lot of Areas
The Northeast inventory in a lot of areas is either slightly up or actually shrinking. Las Vegas has yet huge spikes at the end of 2022 and beginning of 2023, but that's since come down. Worcester has been flat for the last three years on active inventory. Greenville, South Carolina was higher than 2017 to 2020 levels where you sat between 3000 to 3500 sitting at 1744 active housing inventory for sale by month.
