Is There a Generational Difference?

I see, when it comes into the private sector, i'm always thinking about like, a no talent falls along a bell curve. And so i think that, if there are generational differences, the bell curve has maybe skewed a little bit an and in one way, is is, i think that a lot of a 20 something year old, maybe i're not as willing to delay a life and, you know, outside interests the way previous generations have. We just got to be clear about what is our culture and what is our expectations. There's not necessarily right or wrong. That's the way i see it.
