keith harward bit a girl on the shoulder during an argument. He was charged with assault, but charges were dropped when he went to court. Police then took him to get more moles removed from his teeth because they had lost them. The town of newport believed that no arrests had been made and nothing was being done.

In 1982, forensic dentists examined the teeth of thousands of sailors stationed on an aircraft carrier called the USS Carl Vinson in Newport News, Virginia. It’s been called “the largest dental dragnet likely in U.S. history.”
