You need to get rid of repetitive tasks so that your employees have time, thinking time, and time to invent new stuff. So the low hanging fruit are these kind of use cases. And then with them, you get used to the mindset, to a data-driven mindset. Your employees get used to thinking in that way. And that makes it easier to go the next step and try to create new services. That's a very German attitude, squeezing the orange until it's finally done.
