The Structure of Primaries Is Not the Structure of Congress
The way that you would if your city government shut down and can't pay its bills. The federal government shuts down, you might not be able to visit a national park. Apart from that, we don't really see the consequences of congressional fuck ups. Right now, there is not only no difference in in you can have the most highly functional, dedicated member or the most highly dis functional, just phoning it in member. And so therefore, like, whati wouldt somebody be in congressike, that's the system, tha way.
