Rambo has 59 confirmed kills during the Vietnam War. During the course of this movie, Rambo kills 74 people. There's a bit of beef regarding the changes to the script. The Vietnamese army might as well have been awesome. Unprovoked violence is like banging like G.I. Jodos together.
